Production of new video for the new Hit-Air light weight equestrian vests are CE certified and are designed to provide protection for the neck, torso and hip, with an air cushion system
.
In the event of an accident and a rider is thrown from the horse, the air cushion instantly inflates within a quarter second to protect the rider's body. Activation is simple and automatic. A coiled wire is attached to both the saddle and the vest. Once the rider and the horse are separated, the coiled wire pulls a key out of a gas release system and inert gas inflates the air cushion. The inflated vest provides the necessary impact protection. After a few seconds the gas is automatically released through the gas release valve.
The hit-air vest with its instant activation is the ideal vest for horse back riding. The vest is lightweight, comfortable and affordable.
The new SV2 and LV models are super light and weigh less than 2 pounds. The new Advantage model weighs only 34 oz.
The new Advantage model was designed in collaboration with top Olympic Equestrian champion riders. It incorporates features that are not available on any other brand of air-bag apparel such as a heavily insulated CO2 cartridge mechanism and unique telescoping hip air cushions. These features contribute to a quieter deployment of the air cushion. All models are reusable and it takes only a few minutes to replace the CO2 cartridge and you are ready to go again. No matter how experienced you are, there is always the risk of being thrown from a horse. Your safety is very important. If you wear safety apparel, why not use the best? Conventionally designed vests are passive and use only various types of armor. The Hit-Air is proactive and uses both armor and the air bag system to provide superior protection for the most vital parts of your body, your neck, back, chest and hip.
When the rider is thrown from the horse, the air bag contained in the hit air will be activated immediately. A key ball which serves as a release switch is pulled out from the key box, this causes the gas cartridge to release gas into the neck, chest, back and hip air bags to absorb the shock of impact.
